Project overview

We have worked with Johnson & Johnson since 2000 to create pregnancy and parenting products for the BabyCentre brand to support parents at every stage of their exciting and challenging new journey. From expert-reviewed medical advice and video tutorials to caring, supportive emails, interactive tools and apps, we walk every step with them.

The key to BabyCentre’s success is our customised, stage-based approach, delivering trusted information and support to mums that’s Remarkably Right® at every stage of her child’s development, from preconception to the age of five.

The information we produce is clear, accurate, balanced, evidence-based and up-to-date. We are proud to have been awarded the Information Standard accreditation, and sit alongside other organisations committed to quality health care and evidence-based information.

We manage BabyCentre UK’s social channels including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and Twitter. We reach out to parents who want to engage with BabyCentre on the platforms that are an essential part of their daily life.

BabyCentre is the most recommended and most trusted pregnancy and parenting website in the UK, with eight out of 10 babies born to BabyCentre mums. We reach 3.9 million parents every month, generating over 28 million page views.
